Hot diggity damn, this is great. With the recent images released outside of the monthlies & special occasions, it's giving me hope for a relatively soon release :D

This happened to me to, but I saw what happened: I was using a knife to kill something, then it got knocked out of my hands when I was attacked. The knife will appeared in my inventory, but I could no longer use it.
If you have your weapon out, you'll die in areas where in vanilla you wouldn't be able to have it out.
The game doesn't handle non-vanilla FOVs too well, leaving you with a fish-eye look to everything with higher FOVs. Try using a lower FOV .dll (You can find them manually by sifting through the installer's files, iirc you have to rename them to xrgame.dll) until you find one that doesn't have the fish-eye effect.
At the Jupiter plant, there's an excavator a few meters north from where you find Strelok's SIG550. It's hidden under the body of the excavator on the backside.
Do you use an Exoskeleton? There is a vanilla bug related to that task and wearing an exoskeleton iirc.
This mod has a specially modified Atmosfear included.
1. The arena is set up to only provide you some of the fights depending on your rank. The knife & grenade only fight wasn't the last arena fight iirc though.
2. It says in the video description that the Oblivion Lost mod was used. In vanilla SoC though, there are zombie stalkers which use guns. The ones shown in the video are just civi zombies.
That would be far too complex to add into any mod :V
One problem I've noticed is that the sights on some weapons are off, worst offender so far being the Famas.

Other than the obvious flaw, you can also see that the gun is too far to the left of the screen.
Something I noticed is that the AKM stash by the crane (where a L85 would spawn in vanilla) comes with the wrong 7.62 ammo in the stash. The gun uses 7.62 FMJ, while the stash has the NATO type. Unless of course, the poor soul who put it there had the wrong ammo :(
Other than that, the mod is great. Sunny days look absolutely amazing.
Somewhere in their FAQs, they say that it can take between 4 hours ~ 24 hours to approve a mod. It's safe to assume they do a human check of mods to check for viruses and such.
Can't give an exact answer on the first part, but, mods are uploaded to moddb for download, although they may have alternate links to gamefront or elsewhere later as Moddb occasionally does upload mods to Gamefront as well.
As long as the clean install CoP saves are left untouched from before & after MISERY is installed/uninstalled, they should still work.
Also worth mentioning that you need separate saves for this and Complete.
Just a note for the notice at the bottom of the large front image: It's 'disguising', not 'desguising' :<
Looks like one damn mean short-faced bear.
