Nevermind Found fix for this problem all i need to do is switch language to English united statues.

The problem is not speech recognition or game not understanding me, The real problem is cant click speech recognition's in audio setting ingame its gray and did everything the readme instructed me to do so far its the same problem for GOG and my CD game.

im having problem with voice speech regections in windows 10 pro 64bit followed the readme and istalled even framework (not needed because windows come with latest one) and also active it my speech windows program with setup and everything, Still now working i cant click on checkbox also same problem with SRI original mod not even working, using GOG Swat4 also
I have the original installation of the game doesn't work either.
Any Help will be wonderful please anyone can help me :*(
