Question, will the ki blast system work like in 1.2? Meaning that depending on the range, I won't be able to hit my oponent?

You should really look at a creator by the name of Baltthazar and his mate Cybaster, these two started making DBZ mugen characters with good moves and overall really balanced, they have release Goku and Vegeta respectly and both of which look and play amazingly.
