Yes, right now china is op, the overlords are too strong with high damage and rate of fire.
the economy of the Chinese is way better than in other factions (2 internet centers with 160$ per 2 sec)
I hope in patch 0.3 the mod will get more balanced.

I have noticed it too.
After i die in gunfight the music volume bar is reset to zero.(dynamic volume)
