Open up the Heirophant Whm in File Format editor.

Open up MARK and TEXT REPLACE Point02 with Point_2.

Go into the MSGR and find the Object01 MSLC and ctrl-D to move it to the bottom of the MSGR MSLC List.

Now Onto Max and Import whm.
Regular import process and you will see when Importing it will crash and you wont have Object01... Listed ---> Previously.

Save into the correct folder in your modding setup with your initials at the end of it after and underscore.

Now into max again and get object02 and clone it.
Wow it is Object01... Surprise... :P
Saving the envelope at this point.

Delete the skin on the clone.

Mirror along the X Axis,

Alignment movement will be needed to get it into perfect position.

Go and note down bones in the skin of object02.
Look for corresponding bones in the position that the new object01 is in and note them down.

Depending if you have an auto update string hex editor.
When you go to load the nevelope, Hex edit it and put in corresponding bones to the ones that are in there, only if you have an auto update string hex editor.

If you don't, forget the envelope and skin the object01 onto a bone on the objec01 side which it should be associated with.

Saving and working normal and any other burn stoppers.
Do not change the name of anything.

Burn it out.

Get the whm with the initials extensions and place it in the folder with the original Heirophant whm.

As a test you should be able to whm import your new work without stress as the original issue with the whm is gone since you mirrored and skinned. :P

Now in FFE if everything worked well.

Copy chunk on the ANIMS in the old Heirophant whm, and paste chunk them into the new whm you made up.

When all anims are in you should double check and save it to be sure.

Now try importing that whm and you hsould have complete animations for the Heirophant and be able to see all anims.

depending on which skinning setup you did for the object01 will depend on whether or not you need to skin Object01 properly at this point and merge animations. :P

or any animating techniques you want to use. :)

Well that should work and save hours. :P

FFE:
Forums.relicnews.com

Needs a cup of coffee. :P

Hex editor stuffs me I am still using the hex editor I got mid 90s :P
I haven't done a hex search through so couldn't tell you, You could try deathwatch78. :P
Remember the hex editor is optional.
And the skin mirror of the object_01/02 envelope can be done after you get its animations in. :) Ways around that too. :)
As you will be able to change bone names after you got anims in. :)
Merge animation has the capacity to move bones with bones and not a straight copy. :)

I thought you might have an auto update string hex editor. :P

Like wise if you note down the bone labels you can rename for the hex and rename again for the burn to use in ffe. :)

Or a copy and paste list in notepad. :P
Keeping note of the bone changes for the hex work and then renaming them to what they originally were for the model. :)
