Description
Sacred banner turbomesh smooth.
Since it was the only thing showing up as far as armaments and also since it was a small surface object, I thought I could get away with turbomesh.
I know I shouldn't but it wouldn't smooth under regular conditions due to the purity seals. :P
Also it is once per army. :P
