Game terms I believe an apothecary should recover some resources every time a member of the squad he is in is deaded near him...
Same with the curia really. But gain faith instead of resources and faith is gained in 40k likewise.
Guard I'm not so sure as there is anything to recover from a guardsman...
maybe a commissar could gain health?
