I've never heard of such mod but if you're just looking for fancy graphics I'm sure there are plenty of good mods for that.

The 9 hour sleep is bugged in current version. Sleep 3 hours at a time, or if you do sleep 9 hours save and reload after waking up.

Delete or rename the gamedata folder.
