I've been having a problem with the scopes and binoculars. When I ADS, they appear far lower than center of screen. I'm running in 16:9 aspect ration as well with 85 FOV.
Is there a fix for this?

It might just be the same problem everyone has been having. You can probably find a fix on The Pirate Bay or KickAss torrents.
