for some reason the thompson is all glowly is that supposed to happen is there a way to fix

uh im stuck in the truck on the first level is there a way to noclip

the mod works i think ? but bumpmapping seems to be the only thing wrong it crashes if i move up to med or higher is there a fix for it ?
