Regarding CQM 2.1, will there be a beta release that people can try it out?? It would be better if they could.

I do have a small observation to make. How can you ask people to vote for your mod when they have not played it?? It would be like you making a movie and asking hollywood to vote for your movie to get an academy award, with no one seeing it.Just making your mod isn't enough for them to vote for your mod. Don't be disappointed if your mod does not get it. You did not release anything the people could play to know if they should vote for it.
