The traditional campaign screen is inactive currently. You can play our campaign content by clicking on 'play custom' and navigating to the campaigns folder. I recommend using prerelease for the next week.

We think so too, and are working to fix that!
edit: done!
The AI is pretty competent compared to most RTS AI, so it'll train you up pretty quick. We are also working on tutorial content, and have been adding more co-op scenarios over time. Plenty of ways to learn!
You will have to use maps made specifically for Cosmonarchy Brood War. Any scenario or melee map should work just fine!
These maps are located in your release or prerelease folder (depending on what version you installed). Look inside CMBW-maps\melee, CMBW-maps\co-op, or CMBW-maps\scenario
It is not possible currently - we would need to do a lot of reverse-engineering to achieve it. It will be something to pursue during 2024.
Hey Lord_Mordja, if you find a way to make it work with any resolution expander/hack, please let us know!
We update daily on prerelease and every week or so on release. This program downloads those updates for Cosmonarchy, and does not interface with any other mods. See also: Fraudsclub.com
Almost all mods require 1.16.1 and this campaign is no exception.
I've discontinued work on it but you can find the reuploaded teaser here: Mega.nz
Unlikely, but the project has been expanded to a universe that supports four full-length campaigns, all of which have been completely planned out. So you'll see something for it eventually. I'm considering putting out a demo of the first map but there's a lot more work to go and it's not actively being worked on right now. My active SC project is Saga of the Xit'Son, which will probably be ported to ModDB after Thanksgiving.
Feel free to leave us a review. We'd have posted it on CC, but Lavarinth doesn't want any content related to me on the forum. Happy playing!
Ashen's Quest has been released! Head over to the downloads section or click the link provided in the news post to get started on your adventure!
I'm working on an entirely new campaign, but I'll release a new version of this soon.
That bug's been fixed in my test versions. Thanks for reporting it - I double checked and it won't be a problem when I update the download link.
I haven't heard of this bug, but I'm pretty sure I know why that's happening without even looking at the map. Thanks for your bug report!
Brood War's co-op version is being worked on every now and then. I'll probably release it before June.
I just downloaded and checked the .zip, which definitely has the file you're looking for. Make sure that you've extracted the map from the .zip (it's called Protoss 10.scx) and that you put it in a folder in your Maps directory (usually C:/Program Files/StarCraft/Maps/).
There's a decent-quality Immortal graphic that's floating out there somewhere. You might want to grab that instead of using the default one.
Are you planning on including other new units?
I encountered two bugs while playing as Terran.
One is that the Command Centre has no unload/unload all button (and clicking on the SCVs held inside the CC doesn't unload them!).
Another is that, when training SCVs, the progress bar/unit queue doesn't appear. As a result, I can't tell when my SCVs are coming out, nor can I see how many I have queued up. It's a bit of a problem, though it isn't gamebreaking.
This issue should be resolved now.
Thanks for the report. I'm still restructuring those campaigns and I'll fix the bugs before I upload it next time.
I'm still working on it every now and then. My first priority is fixing the vanilla Zerg and Protoss campaigns, though, so please post any bugs or suggestions you might have.
And if you have specific suggestions for the Brood War campaigns, post them, too.
This is almost good, but still not good, because pizza Archons.
There's a lot more variation in the voice acting not showcased here, and I still have four more Terran units left to voice.
1. Riot of Star's open beta had plenty of bugs!
2. Bugs in early versions can't really demonstrate replayability or fun value. If they're not ironed out in the final version of Dawn of Change, your complaint would be somewhat more valid.
