Weapon Types:

Anti-Personal weapon.
In most case, the damage value is low but doesn't have reduced damage against light armor. Against medium armor a little reduction and a huge reduction against heavy armor. 

Anti-Material Weapon.
Is ideal against medium armored units but as well good as against light armor. Gets a bit reduction against light armor. It is almost the same as Anti-Personal Weapon against heavy armor but it is still better than Anti-Personal Weapon 

Anti-Armor(Tank) Weapon.
Best weapon against heavy armor(100% damage). Most of these weapon has high damage value which makes it optimal weapon against heavy armor. However, the damage reduces against light armor in huge so that it can only give half of its original damage. But still it is powerful because of the original value itself is high. 

Armor Types:

Light Armor.
Most of infantry have this type of armor. It doesn't reduce most of weapon damage but reduces Anti-Armor type weapon. Almost every units having this armor have low hit point.  
Medium Armor.
Just middle between light armor and heavy armor. Reduces anti-personal weapon and as well as anti-armor weapon. However very weak against anti-material weapon. 

Heavy Armor.
Most of these units have high hit point and reduces all weapon type except anti-armor weapon. Thus causes anti-personal weapon not to be able to damage(almost 0 damage). This kind of units are very expensive but still is powerful in small troop.

I'm starting to think that Anti-Armor weapons should deal extra damage to armor, but should deal full damage to light armor, but it has low cooldown. This should happen since Anti-Armor weapons will be powerful, and light armor offers little protection, and due to that, they will take full damage from Anti-Armor attacks.

I'm thinking that the Zergs should mostly have light armor for most units, and there should be an upgrade that changes their armor into Medium, like of like an evolution of armor.

Also, I found another flaw. As Protoss, I built The Citadel of Adun and I was trying to build the Dark Sanctum, but it kept say it need the I need the Citadel of Adun. I'm pretty sure that the Dark Sanctum required the "old" Citadel of Adun(or it's probably not coded to unlock when the Citadel is unlocked).
