I am just an aficionado of the Half Life 1 series and I am a very recent goldsource mapper. I started mapping for Half Life 1 in summer June 2012. I am the creator of Sky Mesa and The Other Story. I am also a huge fan of rock and roll. My favorite band is Weezer. My favorite album is Pinkerton. My favorite song is Say It Ain't So. My favorite hobbies are playing video games, mapping, hanging out with friends, doing things with family, listening to music, and playing songs on my guitar.

Also people you might want to where headphones or something because my voice doesn't really sync very loud. I was using a different screen recorder BTW.

Good intentions you have here, but using hollowed out rooms is not a good way of making a room. Placing light entities inside the wall is not something you want to do either.

Yeah i watched one of your vids and found out about the light texture that generates its own light. I don't use light entities anymore. Also i was being pretty fast so just made a hollow room to save time. Thx for watching my vid though. :)

Yeah. I agree. Good intentions but i don't understand why you demonstrate entities which aren't very difficult in use. There are some good wiki's on web for that. A video tutorial isn't really necessary for such simple entities.

I haven't really seen much tutorials for goldsource. Sure theres vhetutor and twhl, but I'm just trying to help out the novices to mapping in vhe.

Note: i am using another computer here because my other one got jacked up by some software and is currently in repair. Also, i am using my screen recorder to record this. Since bandicam isn't on this computer. Anyway, this tutorial covers teleporting. Enjoy. :)
