I just got it to work. I Made sure the player count was synched up, that all home planets were within star system ranges (and not right on the borders), and created an interstar connection. Hope that helps

Same here. Guessing it's out of date with version 1.3? No rhyme or reason for the insta-defeated players occurring that I can find.

Wanted to add my praise again for all involved. Ambarenya, Bane, Gul Dukat, Draconis, Fangoriously, all of the devs and testers, and the entire community have been instrumental in creating a great gaming experience.

Far too small of a sample size but first impressions inbound: just played a 4 on 5, Rom (me) Kling Kling Fed vs Dominion huge ring map with solid starting positions (balanced) and within 3 hours the klingons had 70+% of the map, two Dom opponents were killed off, and this was essentially 3 on 5, since my romulan defense force did just that, only defense (no offensive maneuvers). I felt like the Klingons had a slight edge previously but with sample size of "1", this was just a shellacking. Cardassian/Dominion seem undertuned to anyone else?

Very odd, but I unzipped to the galaxy folder, the files don't show up under single player maps however. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Browsable is set to "TRUE" as well. Newb mode engaged.

Also, any chance to get reference files (so as to adjust capital ship limits etc. in single player)? Not sure what it all entails.

But, amazing work folks. Truly astounding. Best Star Trek game ever, and best Star Trek mod ever, even besting the work of deanej in Civiliation IV (turn based, pretty awesome in its own right) if I say so myself.
