Well done in all regards. Great balance (including reconciling desire for balance with maintaining the power, difficulty, and threat of the Borg in singleplayer), assimilated ships was a shock to see (seeing that Akira Class borg modified ship bearing down on my Romulan Warbird for the first time was amazing), I actually LOVE the Cardassian-Dominion alliance, which I did not expect.
Only things I can think of to improve would be greater quantity of capital ships, the ability to capture "minor" fleets and build stronger versions (I would love a Tholian wing for a Typhon Pact type of alliance), but seeing as I am actually new to Sins of a Solar Empire due to hearing about this mod, I am not sure how feasible it would be to program a "board ship" option that allows one to steal ship plans.
