I have had this error too. If running thru steam,make a shortcut of the EXE in steam and use that. it works fine.

This is not impossible,But you would need a game devopler company to do this. It would be a whole new game. Your idea somewhat reminds Me of DICEFront. Some of your features mentioned(if we are lucky) may be implented in the new DICEFront.

No,it is not as far as I know. Well it is possible to make a vehicle look like it has wheels,but it still hovers. And the second one is definitely impossible.
