Aren't the "nail tracks" the same as the Myeche's ?
I believe they are called Screw Propulsion Tracks, and yes.
In the lore, the Soviets sent them a bunch of broken Myeche tracks because the truck tires kept getting stuck in the mud.
The metagame reason is that something was needed to make it more Red Alerty, and to not let it be just another truck with a gun on it.
I belive that's what one would call a "Half Screw" o.O
It's only half-screwed. The rest of it is fine :)
Windows look a bit blue, but other than that, it's great!
