Description

I needed to rerig Victor Charlie anyway, due in part to a scaling issue and also because of a rig issue that messed up certain animations, so I decided to take the opportunity to go over and revise the model and texture slightly, touch him up and bring up his quality to the Paradox standard. His two-tone uniform will serve to make him look more rag-tag, while his geometry, particularly in his legs, has been bulked out. His collar is now more noticeable as well, and his pouch is bigger. His skin tone is no longer chalk white, and the shadow of his hat was toned down considerably. The most obvious change, however, is in his choice of weapon; the AK47 has been replaced with a sub-machine gun based off the Mat-49, a French weapon which found it's way into the hands of many VC fighters in the Vietnam War. I hope this new weapon will set him further apart from the NVA Regulars, and I can also use this weapon later when I fix up the Allied Heavy Defender.
