I can wait, not 10 years, but i can wait. You can gather some people from sourceforge, if you can, to help you. This game reminds me of Thief: The dark project. A tip, get Quake 2 s60v3, wich is free, but you must have the original files of Quake 2, and install the mod. In the "cmdline.q2" file from the main Quake 2 directory, write : +set game roarke
When you get in the Quake 2 s60v3, go to options, enter console and write : game roarke. Now play Dawn of Darkness on your mobile phone. See you around, Toadeater.

I mean you must obey a rule of the server, if the makers of the game want it, they could make a new patch or some sort. For example, capturing of a enemy prevents him spawning on the map, a longer time (a 20 seconds for example).
It will be cool if you can take prisoners, because Darkest Hour mod won't do it yet.
