When playing without a shader, have you noticed that many rooms, such as in Jabba's Palace, are quite light, although there are no light sources nearby? When the shader processes the light channel, it does not find light sources, and corridors and entire rooms could be shaded. Thanks for the comment, this shader is quite demanding indeed. You mentioned the shader patch, but these mods are completely different. The shader patch improves some aspects of the game in terms of graphics and provides a basis for modders to further develop the graphics. The ray tracing shader in turn modifies the game's lighting and how objects interact with light. I have far from the latest version of this shader, I think some things have already been fixed and improved in the last one. I agree with you about the Remaster project. I plan to install updated maps from Harrisonfog in the near future and test my preset.
