in the esc menu press s and it will show up

I've run into a bug, I had joined up into a lord's army and was with him for about 100 game days, we eventually got destroyed by a much bigger army and I was taken prisoner. After I escaped from imprisonment I immediately decided to apply for vassalage. I was accepted into vassalage, but its been at least a game week and I still haven't been asked to choose a flag for my army. I noticed my soldiers and even my shield are painted with the flag of the lord that I was with before. Please help?
