Errmmmm DayZ is in alpha so is this game.... none of them are "out", check your facts next time.

If you have 2.0, it auto saves when you go to bed. If you have 1.5, I'm pretty sure it doesn't save at all.

When is asks for a cd key or a log in, right click the game in desura and press "cd key". Enter that cd key and you are good to go :D

Then you just run

Right click on project zomboid and choose "version" then you'll see that the full version is an option and the demo is an option. Left click the full version and desura should start downloading it.
