Would you be able to add Eol? In case you don't know, he was the father of Maeglin. Eol is my favourite of the Elves. He invented Galvorn!

He was the master of Sauron. And The Uruk-Hai were created first by Sauron. They were almost on a par with the original Orcs. Maybe even better

The first Orcs were Tormented Elves. The Elves were given twisted, cruel forms and warped beyond recognition. Melkor enticed many Elves during the Ages of Starlight. The new Orcs just bred and multiplied beyond reckoning. They were created by a very powerful being, so therefore they were on par with the elves for power.

I had always pictured his men more armoured. skin doesn't count as armour.
