I would work on your hand posing a bit more before you start animating. The thumb is very broken and your arm rig has some issues on the wrist. Why is it all distorted?
Technically they can be longer, as long as they are used in singleplayer. You won't be able to fire until the reload is finished completely even though some are longer than the default.
If you use these in hl2dm though, some (ie, the pistol reload) is longer, so it will cut short ingame.

Should just be the clear sky hands, since Kingfriday is using that hand mesh to reanimate all the weapons.
This mod is looking pretty awesome. The amount of weapons are ridiculous (in a good way) and they look fun to animate.
Hello, I got messaged by someone asking me if you could use my pistol animations (that i made for counter strike source) for your hl1 mod, Arrangement.
I told him it was ok, but I figured it'd be easier for me to just let you know too lol. It's fine by me, as long as I get put in the credits somewhere for the use of them. ;)

I had the same problem when i downloaded from filefront, it was missing two maps. I downloaded from moddb and got the missing maps and it worked fine.
Actually this happened twice on a DM server..
The game seems pretty fun, but I keep getting a bug where I can't ever leave the spectator mode. I played on a couple of different servers, and it seems to happen randomly. I choose my weapons and hit "ok" but it keeps me in spectator..
Who's rig are you using?
From the looks of a lot of these rooms, they are too large. IMO.
If you want a lot of this mod to be exciting and have a lot going on, you'll have to think about what the room is suppose to be and how the player is going to react when entering it.
My first glance at this room, I was thinking that it would be really easy to complete. A couple of pops with a crowbar and they are done. See if you can plan out a couple of more things before posting that screenshot. How are the players going to react when entering it? Maybe a puzzle here and there, or something that the player will have a challenge doing.

Yeah, I agree with Zablar. The lights also seem out of line with the lamps on the ceiling. Maybe add a little more props to liven the room up a bit? It seems quite empty.

Yeah, I noticed that video after I posted this comment lol. I do like the reload on your page. It's simple, but done well.
I was actually referring to the clipin. There is probably one or two frames where the gun has no motion at all, right before the clip is inserted.
Feels nice and forceful, good job.
Only thing I can say about it, is certain parts feel very stiff. There is also a couple of frames where the gun and arms are completely stationary, and could probably be taken out. IMO
how many frames can you work with?
you can try a boltback, clipout, clipin, boltslap animation if you have a lot of frames to animate with.
If not, you can try a quick clipout, clipin, followed by a boltpull animation.
Needs a more consistent light source. Right now you have two random splotches of light coming from nowhere. I think the triangular table looks a little out of place as it is now. If it's suppose to be a bar, it needs to be larger or longer.
Right now you have a load of empty space. Maybe fill up some of that space with some props or make the room a little smaller so it's not a huge waste.
the npcs look scattered randomly. The dead bodies are not too bad, or at least to me.

Still you may want to add a doorway that goes in slightly, so npc's just don't appear there. (unless you absolutely won't be able to see the doorway anyway)
it seems unique.
The animations for the weapons could be improved though... they seem very unatural and robotic.
the smg replacement looked the best out of all of them IMO.

I have a few little flaws that I have noticed (just minor, mainly has to do with sounds)
The ak74u reload sound was way off. I was able to fix it myself, however.
The l85 though is really weird. Unsilenced it plays the normal shoot sound, but randomly one of the shots will be an explosion..? Not sure how to fix that, or how it happened, but it's a little annoying since the l85 is one of my favorite guns in Stalker.
Looks alright. But the civil protection text should be more centered.
Again with the roads that lead to nowhere. lol.
If it's going to be a road, don't let it disappear into a building, let it lead somewhere. Since you're doing a combine 'road block' it would make more sense if it was in a different kind of area instead of inbetween two buildings that seem to only block a door.

I agree with dafatcat on this one.
The rails are different colors, plus odd sizes. The stairs are quite odd looking as well (with the tile floor and wooden stairs)
only crit I can really say is the cabinets look a little out of place..
There seems to be too many 'cabinets' in one area, plus the ones at the top appear to be clipping into the wall.
The texture for the top could be improved as well, it looks a little unfinished. (maybe add some kind of tile on top to resemble a counter top) Possibly a couple of pictures on the wall, ect.

you could try to extract it yourself (I sometimes find that easier.)
Extract the files to your desktop. (should be a folder named "metastasis"
Stick that folder in your steam/steamapps/sourcemods folder, then restart steam.
yeah, maybe instead of it being just a square have it curve like you said to one side.
Maybe have the road continue onward in the distance (away from the buildings) then have the combine blockade keeping people from entering.
To boost up the realism though, the road that just starts right at the door could possibly be changed to look more like an alley, then have the road connect (or sit next to) the alley leading outside.
