this download doesn't seem 2 be working. The file looks corrupt and won' open in 7zip, It simply states that data end abruptly, cannot transfer file...ok sorry..the stupid explorer bug.

ok so I finally got this mod 2 work, but with the limited scope of like 2 music tracks from vanilla medieval 2 repeating over and over it's pretty much unbearable. I'm not spending 300 dollars on the damn cd's for game of thrones for a game...I've been looking for any type of music mod that will just add music but nothing seems 2 exist.. Help with this anyone?

so then, what frikkn folder do I install this to?? I have all 3 rome games.. on steam ,on my d drive.. which folder specifically please any1?

OK so after some homework...I see that this has happened to other people and after essentially reinstalling steam, the vanilla game is working. This feels like such a curse, because on one hand, I feel like I can't go back to vanilla game...boring... on the other, i've had continuous heartache with this mod.. But I'm gonna reinstall it anyway and try it again :)

though it seems my shogun 2 doesn't even work vanilla, it most likely resulted from some incompatibility from darthmod. Don't take it personally vader, I'm just reporting the issues so that somehow you can nail this down and possibly be aware of the struggles I'm having. This willl be the first time I've had to reinstall the whole game 4 it...pain in the butt...gotta find the save files ect...

WHAT A DRAG.. I want to play this game and the darthmod wont work again...I've tried just about everything, including a reinstall. On the start up screen, it acts like its loading the game. But then if you press escape all the sudden it ctd's and acts like it was never even running. If you don't press anything it just sits there until you press a button which takes you back to step 1. all in all this mod is fun but it's not working very reliably and now i don't even know what to do except uninstall and play vanilla :( total bummer.

Ok so I've had some successful naval battles so it seems to be hit and miss. I'll figure it out and save save save game...

I've also reinstalled it twice for other reasons and all 3 times I have had issues with naval battles, and yes I did post in TW forums as well.

I have been using version 3.0 all along and that's where I'm getting crashes. I doubt reinstalling is gonna help me much. Maybe I should change the naval unit size or something so my pc can handle them... I dunno what to do quite honestly and it's a little bit disappointing that I can't use the naval battles for DMS. Even without it, the land base game is still worth keeping. Hopefully time will find you a solution to make the naval battles less likely to CTD.

Now i just have issues with the naval battle making the game crash. Everything else works fine... ANyone else havin these issues, any suggestion...

it makes the battles last longer, but not necessarily the years you have to complete the win!

so question.... would this mod still work with blood pack and like IKKO ikki clan pack or what...I imagine it should be no problem but ya never know....

ok i reinstalled game and its working again... I like the mod when it works, the only drawback so far seems to be that you can't really view individual units fighting as well because of all the extra units slowing the game down too much.. But on a large picture frame it plays so much more epic than the original. My other concern is that with all the big armies I'm gonna face I have to wonder how feasible it is to win this game with any clan. We shall see, it was impossible enough with the original on proper settings, and it's usually because the time clock creeps up on you and you run out of years... They should know we all want more time than 40 years to dominate a whole country.

I'm having issues with this mod...I used it for a couple of hours...no problem. Tried a couple naval battles, game crashed twice in same battle during boarding battles and now the game won't even get past initial loading screen, even without using darthmod.. Restarted pc..nothing. maybe i'll try the game at single size units but wdf.

hey nightwingsz I remember something like that happened to me with the dwarfs... The game didnt like the battle I was picking and kept crashing... start over it may have just got ****** off at you...

Ok maybe im stoned stupid...I've been playin this game for a while...I uninstalled it recently and reinstalled...I'm just wondering if there is any proof that the 2.1 patch is working correctly when I start the game it still says 2.0... I thought it changed on the opening screen...maybe i'm just retarded...anyone..?

I've looked over all of the details of this mod and it looks like it may be the one-MUST-MOD.. They are doing groundbreaking work here, and I will certainly be playing it if it ever comes out... Sucks that I'm here looking for mods and only one so far is worth putting on my pc...LOTR mod :).. I guess some more patience is called for, but this will certainly be another when it comes out, and it looks so close to being done that it will not die. Pray to the VGG (video game god) it comes to fruition...
