I would suggest, go to paradox forums and maybe there will be people that would like to aid you in this project (who know how to code and maybe some artists). Waiting for the mod :)

Is changing the UI (HUD) a posibility to make it more ancient? And the portraits also? Probably you need another guy for this. To sad I am not an artist. ;/

Is it possible to play MISERY, but to overhaul the look of the game with AF3? I like bright days to, now it is always grey. And I like lush grass similar to Chernobyl now.
