I wouldn't worry about 1.2, or anything that might change the mod with its release, since I'm convinced this mod keeps dying for months on end. They've been saying they are 90% done for roughly half a year, and don't post updates frequently either.

I wouldn't advise holding your breath for 1.2s release

Two things I've noticed that may or may not have been mentioned before (they aren't on the description so I'm gonna put them here):

The SpaceStation won't die, even when it has no hardpoints left

The AI on hard mode (and probably all other modes) don't create their own ships after destroying their starting ones.


These might be bugs, but it might also be a problem from my end; I'm running it while I have Republic at War installed in the same Mod folder, but this and RaW are both in sperate folders-I don't know if this would cause bugs or not, but when iI've tried running different mods with RaW installed it did cause issues.

Anyway, the mod looks great and I can't wait for its release and some GC!!!

Fair enough. The ground animations for the clones and droids look really good, and the graphics are great! My only concern is that my PC won't be able to run this mod XD which brings me to my next question... Do you know what kind of hardware will be required for this mod to function, when its completed? D

This mod looks so much more polished than Republic at War... I'm interested to seeing more of the space units- particularly CIS/ separatists because I really love the space combat of the vanilla game, and all the mods

I have an issue with the AI in this game... I used to know how to fix it, but I've forgotten. neither AI works, it just sits there and is passive. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Once I managed to successfully install this, I had so much fun. This mod showcases the true potential of the vanilla game, and does a really really good, creative and accurate job of doing so. Absolutely best mod for this game hands down, better than Republic at War, and I hope this stays active!

is it just me being bad, or is the Galactic Conquest ridiculously hard as the Rebellion on this mod? I cant get 3 galactic weeks into the same without being completely overrun! The Rebellion has the smallest credit income and its so difficult to fight back with about 2000 credits a week! Plus, the empire get the executor and Dart Vader after 5 minutes of gameplay, and you get absolutely smashed! Is this me just being bad, or is it very unbalanced? It would be fine if I could increase the credit income with minin facilities but no planets let me build them! Have I missed something, like an easy way to increase Rebellion credit income?

Yep, same thing happened with me- I had the vanilla data folder called data, and the mod data folder, also called data, was in the mods folder. What I did was changed the vanilla data name to original_data, and moved AotR2.6 data from the mods folder directly into the FOC folder, and the game crashed at launch with something like a parsing error that wouldn't even let me play the vanilla agme...

After renaming and re-arranging the data folders as they were before, (which included deleting the AotR2.6 download) the same parsing error kept occurring until I re-installed the vanilla game...
I don't know why this happened, or if it happened to you, but if anyone knows what we did wrong and could correct us, that would be great.

Also, an install tutorial on YouTube would be greatly appreciated for this version!

So with the commander variants, if I take the phase 1 clone commander squad off of Coruscant and onto a different planet, will it still be Rex, or will it just revert to a default Clone Commander squad with no special leader?

This might seem very stupid, but in the units list for the latest available version of this mod, it mentions many different types of purchasable leaders. Some of them however say that they are commander unit variants. What does this mean? Are these units available in GC or only available in skirmish? For example, Rex is listed as a hero you can purchase for the republic. How can I get him in game? is he available on GC?

I need some help...

I have been playing this mod for a while, and I mostly play Galactic Conquest. However, when I'm playing Galactic Conquest, the game crashes and comes up with an alert saying "An Exception Has Occurred!" It then says something about _logfile.txt_. This happens frequently while playing Galactic Conquest an is frustrating because it means I lose any unsaved progress, and I have to reboot the mod.

If anyone has come across this, and knows how to fix it, can you please let me know as I am becoming more and more frustrated with it.

I do not have Steam, so I downloaded it to my computer and play it from the desktop rather than through Steam, if that has anything to do with it. Any help would be appreciated
