Oh, come on people, wait to see what they have done before you complain.
They've said that very probably the good factions will have much less units and for what we have seen it seems that the evil factions will retain the old fortress, so they'll have their upgrades and stuff(Balista/Catapults, etc).
The only thing in which I agree is in allowing to build defensive towers out of the main base.

I add: It may be a bit unbalanced if the evil factions could still spamming units under a heavy siege. The good guys will lose men over time while destroying walls and when they finally manage to enter the citadel they find an army 3 times bigger than them.
Just wait, the Team will test the game to find any balance problem.

Oh, sweet Jesus...
Now this is what I call a Christmas present!
A question: In TBFME I we had camps and outposts(even smaller camps with just 3 building slots). Will we see them again?

Btw it's a bit cruel to tease us with this(A new concept of the game AND english translation) with no release date.
But no problem, it's obvious that is a huuuuge work.

I don't think so. I guess the 2 new factions will be factions by their own right. The 2 buildings will be for different types of units/races/factions. Like receiving help from the Gondor provinces or from Rohan.

Very, very interesting idea... I hope we can take a look at the new version soon.

I've been reading about the economic system and I really like your ideas. As you can have various resources, well, you may gain different bonus depending of the building you choose. That was one of the first thing I thought when I read about it ''Damn, so now we are going to have the map full of farms again?''
And the second thing: Don't you think this could turn the game a bit more ''predictable''. I mean, I like the idea, it's going to be a big change but I fear that now we may have a small group of riders/wargs constantly patrolling the construction points.
And of course, the dwarves and goblins lose the ability to build their mines and holes anywhere.
But anyway, we'll be expecting for some more news.
And Merry Christmas/Happy holidays/Politically correct felicitation!

It's been a long time since I wrote something here.
Well, a few things:
- Thank you.
A lot of people sees what you guys do in here and I have the feeling that not all of them appreciate it. Take your time, translation included, the result deserves the waiting.
- I launched the Edain Mod Switcher and saw that there was a 3.8.1 version. Is that the last one? Should I update to that version or use the one here in Moddb?
- I know they have asked this a few times, but don't remember the answer: Is it possible to use another mod with Edain installed(Obviously, not at the same time, I mean having a few and playing one or another)?

- And finally I see a few remarks about the AI so I'll ask something: Are you planning to do it a bit more ''complex''? The last time I played(Probably more than one year ago) I had the feeling that I was fighting unlimited waves of enemies. Just an eternal rush. I know that you focus in multiplayer, but the single player it's a good way to learn and practice and I love playing with a friend against brutal AI.

That's all, as always, forgive for my english and thanks for the mod. I work in other projects too and I really respect all the effort and time you are putting here.

Edit- By the way, I support the idea of eliminating the Dwarven mountain.

And I play in a laptop with High or Very High resolution.

No, as far as I know, the team is german.
Or at least, german is their language, so it's easier for them to work in german.
There is a team that works in the translation but as the mod is in constat evolution I suppose that it will take them a looooong time.

Por que yo juraría que tuve que ponerlo en alemán la ultima vez.
Antes lo tenia en ingles pero tuve que desinstalar y reinstalar.
A lo mejor es algo que ya no hace falta en esta versión, voy a probar.

Lo de los textos y voces lo recuerdo, que sustos pegaban algunos héroes cuando clicabas en ellos.

I have decide to play this game again(I can't wait for the traduction) but i have a few questions first:
- In which language should I install the BFME II?
- The Rise of the Witch King needs to be installed in german?
I think that the last time I played it was necessary.

- Has the AI been improved?
What I really want to know is if they use heroes now.
I want to train first in SP.

Good work guys and by the way, I love the idea of focusing in the ''canon''.
There are some things I don't like, but I understand that we just have different points of view.

Anyway, I have another doubt.
It's about the Brujah mission.
I can kick Strauss's *** but he don't disappears.
His ''corpse'' remain there and I keep receiving damage.

I thought that maybe I should go to chinatown to look for some magic( or a mogwai) and, well, I just don't get what Ox is asking me for.

- How can I kill that guy in the Confessions without his bodyguard noticing it?
- What am I supposed to do in Hollywood for the CDC worker?

I think they said they fixed it a few months ago.
Loading is not a problem anymore.

About Arnor:
Maaaan, you must understand that is like having a F1 car and only being able to drive it in a private circuit.
It's awesome to have a car like that but it sucks that you can't drive anywhere else.

Well, first of all congratulations for the work you're doing.

I've finish this game like 12 times and I've decided to finally try something new, so I'm checking this mod.

For now, I have a few questions:
- Is there any way to remove the new skins?
I found a few of them too.... Colorful? Yeah, I guess that's the word.

- I remember that you could make Knox ''confess'' that he is using you to eliminate the Kue jin, but I haven been able to do it in my last game.
I have over 7-8 points in persuasion. Am I missing something o is it a bug?

- Whatever I do Therese(I don't consider this an spoiler) kills Jeanette.
A bug?
The option for asking about their ''old happy days'' don't appear anywhere.

Oh and excuse me if I sound like if I had an axe on my head, english is not my language, I'm from Spain, so talking about fiction and games in another language can be a little difficult.

Don't worry Gnomi, even the guys who have a good level in spanish sound like robots for us.

By the way, I'm not sure about if the blue wizards should be recuitable for all the factions.
Maybe it's good for the strategy(Even when every army has their own style), but it's a bit strange...

I' think they should be recruitable for the men of the west(And if added in the future, the men of the east), Mordor(If Dol Guldur upgrade is chosen), maybe Isengard(Actually, I think that Radagast could be recruitable in the inn for Isengard, after all, Saruman deceives him).
I don't know if this could unbalance the game, but it would be more ''realistic''.

I have played against the AI in brutal a few times and they never find the ring.
And I've never seen them use a heroe.
Well, only Lurtz.

RJ mod it's ok, but Edain it's a different experience and a new way to play the game.
The changes in the factions and her heroes, the ring...

RJ is new stuff for the original game, Edain is a revision of the game.

But honestly, I play both.
Sometimes i want to play a war of the ring :p

Waoh, you boys are doing an incredible work.
- I'm from Spain, so my apologies for my english.

I wanted to know:
- Can you recruit Aragorn someway if you don't have an inn?
- At what level Gandalf becomes the white?
I ask it because i select the power before i recuit him and he appear as the Grey. Even at level 5 he still being the grey.
Ups, now that i think, maybe he have to die and be resurrected to become the white...
