You can't pick up the pipe the citizen uses in d1_canals_03 and use it as a weapon. 2/10 mod try again! :P

I did a fresh install making sure to use the hotfix download from the getgo instead of patching it and it works.

I'm having the same issue and they're all installed to the same drive too. The error is "Could not load library content." but I only get it sometimes.

Patched it with HL2 Update, the Valve logo intro plays out and then the game immediately closes without any errors.

New model is not planned as far as I know. However the textures have already been improved by OC's 2D artist Lt_C. It looks a lot better, trust me.
