I Played the mod, and I must say, it fails in all the wrong areas it should not fail in. it crashes a ton, there is bugs everywhere. and by far my biggest complaint, as many of my low rating comrades here have already pointed out.
Gabrilduro is an absolute ****.
who needs to take the **** of Ego's out of his mouth, stop being an egotistical **** stain on the Taleworlds and ModDB society and grow the hell up.
He bribes people to give the mod a 10 rating. (and I guarantee you, EVERY 10 Rating in this review section are people who took the bribe, because in this mods current state, it is not good at all.) He withholds the latest updates to get said ratings, and calls anyone who dares criticise him a troll, and then in proper asshat fashion, silences their criticism by comment deletion, and continues to be a smug *** about and mocks them.
There are a LOT of great features in this mod that I wish all mods that I play had it, and the vanilla game itself had.
but I must point out one biggest flaw, that made me not enjoy this.
The combat.
The biggest part of Mount and Blade, turned into a nightmare for me.
If the enemy is wearing any kind of actual armor, plate, chainmail whatever, prepare to lose. because unless you have a really good weapon, your not piercing this guy. he might as well be a GOD. I found the only way I can even REMOTELY hurt someone that is wearing actual metal armor is to use a bow or crossbow. swords? anytime I actually manage to land a hit, nothing. it is like I am blowing wind on the guy.
and that leads me to another thing. and this actually happened to me. 36 StormLand Levy (I like to amass an army before I actually start upgrading) lost to 15 LOOTERS. If you have played Vanilla Mount and Blade. 15 looters are practically Experience fodder for you to grind so you can actually get anywhere, when your out the gate. here. they wiped out 36 recruits. HANDEDLY. I think before I got knocked out I saw my entire army down and only about 7 of them dead. I decimated them at best, but to my group it was an annihilation.
It must be said right out the door. this is very WIP. that said, onto my actual review.

I can't find a single problem I myself can't get around. This is by far one of the best mods I've played. for me it's setting and the way it is being carried out, at least to me. is PERFECT.
