That might be a good shout. Taking on a Total conversion mod like this is a big task and if you had assets from DoD it would make the workload a lot more manageable. That being said, I don't think you would be able to add any custom code features, which may limit some of your freedom to design. But in the long run it may be a good starting point and you can build from there. Whatever you decide, best of luck. :)

The lights are emitting. But there's no light source. Other than that, I like the simplicity. :)

Ok, cool. I'm with ya now, but you could maybe turn the car around, that way it doesn't look like it came from the other side? or upside down maybe? Also the building could do with being a little more trashed. Get some rubble in the building beside the car. The textures could maybe do with some decals so it looks like there are chunks missing, scrapes and gouges, that sort of thing! But keep it up, little bit more work and it'll look grand! :)

There's plenty of detail, but it doesn't make any sense. The ledge on the left is held up by nothing and there are gaps on the horizon. Also, how did that police car get in that building? The detail is there, but it makes no sense. It's good detailing, there's just not much thought behind it. :)

I realise I'm a little late to this party, but does no one else find it more than a little ironic that people complain about work not being done because of games (like skyrim) getting in the way. After all, when this mod comes out, what are they going to do? Play the mod. Taking away from their own "development time" surely... I like to play games and learn from them. If no one on this site had played a video game before, surely the mod quality would be a bit ******. Take all the time you need, the mod looks great. :)

I think you need to localise the blood spatters to certain areas of the body, like hands and face, chest. To have that much blood on their backs doesn't make much sense. Unless they've been rolling around on corpses. :)

Really like the handle, kinda looks like the blade is longer than it though. But it's probably just the angle.

I think it's awesome how you listen to your comments and feedback. You can see a vast improvement in your work if you look back to the beginning. Most people think we're just 'being dicks' but you've really taken on board everything people say. Keep up the good work! :)

I could be wrong but it looks like you have some form of vrad error. The black ceiling and the triangle looking portion of crate seems funky. Liking the hud font though! :)

the rails on the stairs are floating. I like the overlay on the floor though. :)

Why don't you just start advertising for new people? If you really are passionate about your mod, don't give up so easily. Rage quitting doesn't solve anything. :)

That's a bit cynical isn't it? There are many games that are similar in style but have totally seperate gameplay elements! You've just seen that there are three different races/classes to choose from and thought: "Hey, that must be exactly the same as this other mod i've seen!" Don't judge a book by it's cover man! Besides, your comment has nothing to do with the picture that you're commenting on... That makes no sense at all! Having said that, neither does mine... :P It looks very good guys, I like it! :)

Mapping looks fine to me, wasn't really paying attention to it though. I was too immersed in what looks like really fun gameplay! Which is the most important thing!

i agree man, why not have snow antlions! it's just a game! Canon is important, but surely there's some room for deviation!
