I had no idea anyone had replied to this. I had no email notification. Shouldnt I get an email notification? I dont use MODDB often for chat. Anyways It was my stupidness that thought GOTY meant I didnt need to update so that problem is fixed. Now low tech skill doesnt make your melee stronger and combat strength doesnt increase damage either. First time playing and playing with New Vision, and HDTP. Im done with the slow framrate and grainy smeared textures of ENB as nice as it makes certain things look.

Im having a really hard time understanding your comment, but the other guy made a really, really, really, really good point and now one of your main arguments is that the the producer of a product is under no obligation to make a product easily available (in other words be considerate and respectful to others)? And that international shipping makes prices just as high anyways? Well you should know that the price of mailing just one game of course will undoubtedly be inefficient for sales, but mailing many copies of a game at a time will save money and net the maker a profit. Its like when you buy one get one half off or buy 20 get 15 half off. Shippers, like any other service/good maker, will lower the price for mass of things because they will still make profits and promote their service consequently, meaning more people will ship with them because they like their customers and take care of them. On a smaller note, the publisher of any videogame has just as much of a responsibility to make their game available to all audiences as a gamer has a responsibility to not pirate a game. Just because the "law" says otherwise doesnt mean that isnt true. People should really stop treating laws as if they were gods. Thats what communism is after all. When people put the laws above themselves, they are really just putting freedom below them. Just to correct, Im not saying that its okay to break the law, what Im saying is there are some things that are above the law. People who watched Law Abiding Citizen will know what Im talking about.

Im trying to get some karma so that some divine influence will help me with my problem. So you CAN get ENB to work with New Vision. Heres what you do: Go to the .ini file (in system, and if you use kentie launcher then my documents/system) and under where it has the stuff for DX9 put use sftc3 textures=true (if you have properly installed NV you know what Im talking about, however dont copy and paste that because its not exact) and then set shiny surfaces to true (if not there then copy it from another renderer line). Now my problem is I cant get shifter to work with ENB and NV together. It says it encountered an error and needs to close or that it stopped working and simply closes when I go to training. It launches fine.

So I have ENB and Kentie launcher and New Vision installed all at the same time and they work fine. Anybody got any questions about those Ill be happy to answer them.

The problem is I cant get shifter to work. It doesnt give me a GP fault like it did before because I fixed it I think (If asked I will give specifics) and now when I try to go to training it just freezes. I let it sit for a little while and then I have to turn off my computer. Because it simply freezes and doesnt give me and error message I assume im really close.
