BG Story: After consuming huge amounts of Nuka-Vodka, our beloved Nikola Tesla starts to invent stuff that follows unconventional concepts beyond a person's perception of electricity. Following a trendy trope of Alternate History, after an accident of accidentally spilling Vodka over an electric shocker line and costing a War Factory, Mr. Tesla discovered that Vodka-induced electricity can pierce through even the toughest armor. However, the technology is too unstable to handle and it was kept hidden by the man himself... That is until the next Soviet Prime Minister ordered a raid on Tesla's hidden mansion and discovered about his secret research notes. It is not long that Mother "Vodka-Induced" Russia begin to rise again with their new edge refined Tesla technology, which uses 80% of total Vodka produced by the Motherland.

Latin Confederation : Sabotage and Stealth Tactics
Soviet Union : Heavy Armor,Cyborg,And Tesla Power

Damn, that is quite different from Generals Mod, but it does sound very promising. The blueprint looks very promising to provide a versatile and fun expectations for the game. I look forward to what you can expand with your current progress. :D
For Generals Mod, I have proposed 6 new subfactions. 1 for Soviet, and 5 for Yuri, so that every faction have 5 subfactions.
