Ah, I miss understood. The one above only helps if you are playing as Elves. I'm afraid I don't know how to swap cultures or increase one culture if you are a different one.

Build your culture buildings. It should be an artist studio I think. It only says "increase culture by 2%" but it is actually 2% each turn. (That took me far too long to figure out when I first got the game haha).

The game crashes when I try to start the game. The initial loading bar starts off okay, but then the game crashes before it is complete and I am unable to play.
I play through steam. I have version 1.1 of the Mod and 2.5.2 of CK2
Any help?

any possiblity of Azog, Bolg, Tauriel a better Thranduil. or units from the hobbit such as Dain's Dwarves, mirkwood rangers, lake town militia ect.

when I try to launch a campaign or a battle my screen goes black saying "total war is closing due to an unspecified error" any help?
