You only need 1.04. It's been a long time since I last checked (so I could be wrong) but I believe it should work (feel free to let us/others know if it doesn't).

Unfortunately, I am no longer working on this mod. I barely have time to work on my other mods nowadays (RA3: ASV & A Civ5 mod I'm working on). I feel this mod accomplished what it was made for (a bunch of 'cool' changes packaged into one mod labelled as a 'balance mod' lololol).

We did release the sourcecode so you're welcome to attempt the modification yourself if you'd like.

I most likely will, however; part of me wants to for the Superweapons on this mod since I'm building more around them and actually giving them some considerations. It will be significantly harder to build them even if I don't though (given the fact that money will be slower and harder to come-by).

Added a list of changes to infantry that aren't implemented yet but I'm looking to add next time I get the chance. These aren't guaranteed or specific values (those will be posted afterwards) and may not even happen, but it's a small preview at least.

I figured I'd supply some sort of information as I'm going through a lot at the moment (Going to be getting a job, moving, etc) soon.

Okay, So I've worked on the mod a bit and there's a lot more changes I need to do to get it where I want it. I'm probably going to simplify the system a bit (normalize Health/Damages). It is definitely a unique experience at the moment, just not the unique experience I want it to be haha.

I did just do some work on the mod, it isn't dead haha. Just have been busy with other things. I recreated the Armor Types to be miles simpler (e.g. Structures resemble a RA2 style Wood|Metal|Stone|Wall are the types).

I'll be implementing them in the next few days across all units (won't take me that long, but it'll take me that long to find the time). After that I'll be play-testing for a bit to see where I want to take the mod from there.

Another thought I just had, since I'm putting so much emphasis on scouting in this mod, I could make a drone for Japan that has a large shroud reveal range with a multi-target laser (units only) that increases damage dealt to those units. (Increased damage percent being less than the Guardian Tank's of course or else it'd be over-powered).

Two things come to mind when you say chronobomber, one more scary than the other. Both interesting though. My only problem with another mecha is my skill-level. At this pint anyways it would be one ****** mecha haha.

That is an interesting idea, I like it other than the fact all my ideas are always for Soviets haha. I can never come up with anything great for Japan or Allies, I guess that's because I love Soviets :P I miss Libya as a faction. "Watch out for the bumps!"

Thoughts on what it could be turned into?
I was considering my idea of a tesla-trooper-sized aircraft for suicide bombings (maybe even air-to-air suicide bombings), because who doesn't miss the terrorists and bomb trucks from RA2?

This is my first attempt at a vehicle/aircraft or really anything, so please be gentle :P But Helpful criticism and ideas are more than welcomed!

I appreciate the thoughts and ideas. I almost always build Guardian tanks for their special, hammers I agree with you though. If I were to add units they'd probably be things that I feel can contribute to the experience I want to portray that I added in my other mod. Not to rule out any new additions. Your mentioning of an "Imperial Plasma Bomber" put a very unique image for a unit in my head.

There's probably not going to be a next one. I have many things on top of College that need done, if there -were- going to be a next one it would be out for a good long while and it'd most likely be an AI update/change.

Got too Lazy to Implement it to be honest. We lost interest in this mod a while ago, I just kept the updates coming occasionally when I felt like modding. I have good Ideas for RA3 Mod but I'm starting another since they're so dynamically different Ideas they wouldn't mesh well.

And as you can see, the Terror Drone can now garrison buildings and vehicles. Inside it will use it's disable vehicle weapon making it even more deadly than before.

I updated the Images. I like the changes to the Chrono-Boost, Chrono-bomb, and cloaked bomb (still working on names). The Cryo-Icons are terrible I'm aware, do you guys think any of the cryo-icons are acceptable? (1 in upper-left and 2 on right).

Do you guys think they're acceptable? I only did simple adding onto existing icons because I'm no where close to being an artist.

The only one I really actually -like- that I made is the ChronoBoost icon (Boot With + sign).

The Paradrop Icon is obviously good since it only took a little editing to remove the number in bottom right.

Extract the .rar file using win-rar or 7zip.
Copy Folder to /My Documents/Red Alert 3/Mods
The Mods Directory may not exists so you might have to create it.

If you have any other questions ask google.
