RA3: A Scout's Victory is a mod that will bring an experience to the game. It will bring a slower feel to the game while hopefully keeping or even improving on tactical play while attempting to keep the laid-back feel. As the name suggests it will attempt to make scouting and intelligence an even more important role in the game. Armors for all units and structures will be closer to realism but not so close that it might become a nuisance. Income will broaden giving more available ways to obtain money, however, at the same time money will be obtained at a slower rate.

Today I spent some time fixing something that has bugged me since release. Rocket launchers and their inconsistency. I understand minor reasons why they did things the way they did but they aren't good enough reasons for my meticulousness.

Generally what I did: Made ClipSizes more intuitive based on models/textures. Adjusted ClipReloadTimes to compensate for gained/lost DPS. Standardized FiringDurations.

The main reason I standardized firing durations is I feel the game should be a bit more intuitive. All these rockets have the same animation and look, so shouldn't they be the same? I made all rockets fire duration 0.05s. In addition to these changes I removed inconsistencies using the min values (as opposed to max) as a base, simply put max values now match min values.
