now i know why i cant upgrade or bring more troops but i still dont know how to bring a sith or a jedi in the galatic conquest

it says capacity is reached but i only have 54 troops the maximium is 65 and i upgraded my ships

why when i want to upgrade my troops i cant the color turnes red and i cant and my troops capacity is 65 but i cant take anymore troops and i have a star destroyer

how can i get a jedi and a sith and how do i know if a planet is a castle??
