Eflc is not a file, it's "Episodes from Liberty City"

nevermind i used img tool and it worked =)

I followed the Read-me instructions but when i try to start the game it says "gta_sa.exe has stopped working" =(

my game dont even start =(

Just download the msvcer100.dll from internet and put in the game folder =)

Enb series dont work on my pc can i disable it?
