Because it is American one dollar bill. A real one. Also that eagle is a reference to Egyptian god Horus.
and don't forget the star of david that it's holding...

the founding fathers of the united states were free masons. they added their signs all over the dollar bill. for example: count the number or leaves the eagle is holding. do the same with the arrows. the number is 13. count the stars above the eagle. also 13.
count the feathers on each wing of the eagle. one wing has a odd number (33 i think) and i think the other is 32. eagles never have an odd number of feathers. and the eagles head is facing the wing that has the odd number.

Same with the pyramid - the all-seeing eye - and "In God We Trust" <- they all are blasphemies.
I think this is like the extra kibble after making a model kit, yet the kibble dose not fit the kit in the box, you use it in another kit. The Extra kibble of America if found attached to something else. America is one big Kit Bash!
