Heavens, Heaven = COSMOS!
The kingdom of Christ is from... the cosmos. The cosmic civilisation, the COSMIC kingdom of heavens.
Devils / fallen angels, who rebelled in "Heavens", revolted in COSMOS, and were struck down to the Earth.
