Yeah you have to get into the Nehrim data files and then deactivate every single mod for Oblivion and Oblivion.esm itself, and activate Nehrim.Esm And the other Nehrim plugin.

I have 4gb ram and 2.8Ghz and i still lag a bit when im at places with many animations, models, many textures at the same time, like the black forest which it constantly rains in. I lag horribly there, so i dont really think theres anything more to do :S But i'm not an expert so im not really sure.

I believe you'll need to get a bit better computer depending on what you already have, since this has way more stuff in the wilderness, and i think that affects fps a bit. But i'm not really sure.
