With redoing the teleport system my idea was bing a key to an alias which is changed every time you pass a checkpoint should be possible using the setpos command.
Also with the problem of having to put it into the TF2 folder it should be possible to setup a gameinfo file that loads the TF2 binaries.
Well alot of what im about to say has probably already been said but meh.
for what is actually customizable in tf2 you did REALLY good.
and just so everyone knows a coder would be useless valve havent released the source code for TF2, Portal, CS:S or DOD:S they are only available to valve coders (top security ****)
valve only released the source code for HL2 (for ep1 engine) and the back-end of the EP2 engine so a coder would be useless unless you want to recode EP2 to run like TF2 and then modify that.
i did find the mod a bit glitchy getting stuck in some areas having to reload maps ect. ect. i think you should add a reset button that resets you to the last "capped" CP. my only idea would be adding another command when you cap a CP. binding the reset button to the last CP position.
next step would be separating the mod from the TF2 folder into it's own mod folder would make things 100% easier with scripting if you ask me.
looking at the decompiled maps :P i do have some constructive criticism for you.
there are some areas that could be redone (and correct me if im wrong but do i see possible compatibility with multi player? if not then what are the point_clientcommand AND point_servercommand entity's doing you should only need the one for single player) your teleport system COULD be redone using one triggered entity to teleport to a chosen info_target. this could also help with the "reset" button

i think the animations just moves it out of the players view and it reloads in that time i dont think the two are connected like in most games

speaking of the video when it ends it's supposed to show the main menu,
but when your running at 1920 X 1080 it shows a smaller version,
on top of that the menu bg seems stretched to me i set mat_picmip to -10 and in game everything is fine but the menu is pixelated

ive bought ARDFG and played it since the alpha this game is the best one ive seen in awhile now with such a unique gameplay, unique art and it's simply fun whenever i have 10 mins to spare i always fire it up. congrats Dejobaan Games
