And we never saw DarkStarAngelo ever again...
I have tons and tons of mods backed up on my external, I wish there was a list of mods that Gamefront has uploaded that ModDB doesn't have so i could cross -check that with my personal collection. I mean, i could just start uploading stuff... i just dont want to start uploading and end up with duplicates.
Honestly when i did install Morrowind Rebirth awhile ago, i remember there were a few different configurations, i would prefer it to be just one all-inclusive configurations. Come up with the best install method yourself and make it that way (please correct me if im wrong, like i said, its probly been a few years since i've installed it)
for anyone else wondering - yes it is.
Found 7 servers online as of 09/April/2016, with 0 people online.
Was able to get into 2 of the servers out of 3 that i tried, one kept crashing on me upon connection.
We'll be looking forward to any projects folks from Alpha Project end up working on :D
Awesome! I just got home from my vacation, so i'll start reviewing this version of DiOiD :D Do you know if there is such thing as a Doom1 Music pack?
Right on Johnny! Thanks!
Gotta put this on my list of mods to review. Do you recommend any specific maps? I dont know of any Duke style maps for doom.
Why was this posted here? Is this a mod? Related to modding? Or like Zombiestubble said, PC Compatibility?
right on! so proud of you guys!
Cant wait to cover this over on Modinformer!!! :D
Done. I hope you understand, im not trying to argue, im trying to help. I'm actually trying to review the mod currently! :D
Okay, after double checking,my original results were wrong(it DOES NOT need the 'Steam Fix', but it seems like the mod will load without AND with the Steampipe patch on the beta version of half life.
It does seem, however dead bodies aren't appearing and the mouse sensitivity is at 20 when you first load into the mod.
When i first started trying to use it i would load in without any controls, now that seems to be working, haven't been able to reproduce that issue yet...
I can confirm the mod works (shows the original background, plays music and all that) - as long as you install this patch first, which is here:
Moddb.com If you install the mod, then go straight to installing the "Steampipe Patch" it wont work. You may wanna add that to your instructions.
^^^ this is me by the way, didnt see that i wasnt logged in.
I noticed when i installed poke 646 and applied this patch, i had to add keybinds into the config.cfg manually (i copy/pasted them from half life's cfg file for my fix), also i noticed the loading screen background and Main Menu background didnt exist. Not sure how to fix that, but the game plays fine.
here's the game's moddb page in case anyone else is wondering
looks pretty nice so far!
does this have anything to do with Tales?
Good to see this is still in development :D
Such amaze. Very cool. To the moooon!
pretty impressed by textures here. good job.
i kinda like this, will probably play it
i dig it!!!
THIS IS SA-WEEEET.
I wish i could custom report an article as being too awesome and have Tkaza look at the report and be like... "uhhhhh what?"
To fix the mod and make it playable again.
Download GCFScape Nemesis.thewavelength.net and install it
You must Own Episode 2, look in the game folder for episode 2 mine is located
D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life 2\ep2, and find the file "ep2_pak_dir.vpk"
Use GCFscape to OPEN that file, then use the program to Extract the folder "Models" anywhere. just keep track of it. your desktop is a safe place.
Then copy everything in that "Models" folder you just extracted from that VPK into the models folder from Aberration mine is located here
Restart Steam, start the mod again. Should work. If not, then life sucks for you.
