Description
Thankyou to OA_Sun Tzu for searching the Russian forums and bringing this fix to my attention.
This fixes the fatal error you can get when you crash trying to load a save.
Link above no longer works.

I used this fix and cannot load any of my saves.
NB: All the saves are CONSOLE saves.
The X-ray hives me this:

EDIT:
Started anew game and it works. Loading a (new game) save works and quickloading the new save also works. Now, why the whole mess? Simply, in the fix's readme, it says to edit some scripts if we haven't started a new game and to start it afrer editing the scripts. I have not any program for that, so I loaded an existing save and the CoP CTDed.
So, bottom line, I suppose that it is an obsolete readme, or whatever, and that all we have to do is copy-paste the fix and start the new game.
