There are no gates in Version 1.51 Beta :( I can`t find them. You can i build the gates??

Hey, I can start Red Alert 3 in Version 1.12 with Paradox Beta 0.9.21. But i can`t choose a Map or a Faction or start a new Game :( How Can i Fix This??
