I did all as you said, and i start the configurator go on launch game and I never manage to enter the game, any other suggestion?

Hello, I am experiencing some issues with this mod.
First of all I had a problem with talking to Seryi because he was not at the garbage, he was at the rookie camp in cordon and I can't talk to him about strelok.
Then I decided to install patch 2.10 revised. Today I installed it and now my game won't start and I get this error message:

Well I am pretty good with the 1.3003 for now heh it really looks beautifull, the only negative thing I would say is that there is too much (I don't know how to say this better because my english is not great) empty walking, I really have to walk much to achieve a quest and that's a bit boring (but also a bit horrifying since i expect always something attacking me) , but the game looks really beautifull and I must say great work guys. I am a software developer myself and I would love to help in the development but never been doing game development so no much help for me. Just wanted to say great job guys, keep it up and this will be really awesome :)

I've been reading the comments a bit because I've been playing the game for some while now so I wanted to check out what people think.
In my reading I noticed much talking about lost alpha being released soon? what are you guys talkig about, is lost alpha being re-released or what? I would appreciate a detailed answer if possible.

ok friend, i don't have the steam version, I have the World Wide version, I installed your fix and now i can get into the game but when i start a new game it crashes with the same error the guy before me said. Also the game is still in russian not in english.

hey guys i got a problem with the mod, as soon as I start a new game it crashes before starting, and i think it's at the part when it starts loading textures, any suggestions on how to fix this?

this looks pretty much like the misery od for CoP, downloading it now, hope I'll have a good time like with misery :D

So i run the world wide version, and i patched it to 1.0006 and it works perfectly, but when i add the mod the problem starts if that helps you

i got the same problem and don't know how to fix it, googled very much and still can't find some reasonable fix. btw i got the world wide version of the game installed, maybe that is the problem?
