Hello! I am a user that is on the site pretty often (So expect replies that are in atleast 1 day most of the time). I make mods but mostly just simple ones that change something in the game or how a game works. I also like sourcemods from the games Portal (/2) and Half-Life (/2/ep1/ep2/Alyx). If you have made a mod you want me to check out or you want to give me a suggestion to play a mod, ask me and i will try it as soon as i have free time. I like mappacks of games also and i really like it when people introduce new mechanics to their mods (while still sticking to the original formula). But i stil really like mods that are completely different from the game (like The Stanley Parable (Mod release) or Water (Half-Life 2 Mod). I will always like to reply to anything and i will not randomly stay silent for a month or two (or more). Thanks for reading all of this. Well you CAN make it so that you can pick a stunstick up in the advanced settings. Maybe that can help. You can also just use "Impulse 101" to get all weapons for free. Note that the items that it gives you, however are most of the time very different as it automatically gives you all the standard items but the custom items you can get vary from area for some weird reason.

When i played, the only glitch/error i had was the bullets having an error texture (and being a bit bigger than usually) but i have never in any case had this. Not even with other mods like MMOD. Maybe try reinstalling it.

Hey! I just wanna tell you, it is possible but it removes the satisfaction of completing it. If you REALLY want to, do this:
Use ` to open up the Dev Console (if you do not have it yet, you can enable it in keyboard settings by pressing advanced and then enabling it).
The next step is to input "Sv-Cheats 1" without the quotation marks.
And last but not least, you have to input "God" (again without the quotation marks).
There are also commands like "Noclip" to fly and go through walls and "Impulse 101" to get all weapons on max ammo, hp and some suit energy. I know that you have already used the console before as said in your message but i am just mentioning it for people that need it too and don't know how to activate the console. I myself did not really have any problems with the game besides from the bullets being error textures. I hope this message helped in some way, shape or form and that if it doesn't, it is possible to edit health value but you need to know some coding in Source. If you don't know that, you can also just search up "How to edit health values in Half-Life 2" or "How to edit health values in the Source Engine". I cannot help much more, i am afraid but if you still have problems, you can always reply back and ask for more help. I have been familiar with the game for years now (even when i was little)and i think i can surely help.

Hey! I do not have any time to write a full review so i will just make a comment for now. I loved it. Even after people hated it just because of it having "Episode 3" in the name. I get them. They expected a good full fledged game out of it. And while i agree with them a bit on it, i find this mod amazing! Although there are not really any moments that are not fighting or cutscenes. Trust me, i loved the fighting and the cutscenes but it just felt wrong to not be able to walk around every single thing i see but still being able to see it. I also did not have any Dr. Magnusson voice lines. I know there are some as i watched a video before playing this (not the whole video as i want to have it be unique for myself), but it was not a lot to worry about. I love the new weapon models and even though i did not understand why the hell the military is back, it feels nice. I did not like the new Combine models a lot, though. They were good but i just would not see them fit. Also, the music just feels like it would be in a LEGO game and not a Half-Life game. The length is pretty good and even though quantity was over quality, i do not think that the quantity over quality was that big of a difference. Overall, a solid mod. If i have time to review it, i will go in depth more. I have not finished it yet so even if i did have time i would not have done so yet. From as far as i am in the game, i would give it a solid 8.5 out of 10. It missed something and sometimes things just felt out of place but you even instructed us how to remove the new Combine models which i appreciate. You also do not have any problems with cutscenes that way considering they were made as maps themselves. It was just the characters animated and not some models that were added to the cutscene. It is a pretty good mod but just misses some things

Can this mod be installed on a non-unlicensed version of the game called The Halfest Of Lifes Part 2? I totally tried it and it did work not. Please, i need to play it on my non-unlicensed version of the game. I do not want to pay because i am lazy even though the developers worked hard on it and it is not even that expensive. I really awnt to have awesome movement to go with the billions of dollars i stole for showcase and the computer components i stole. I really need to play this even though i am too lazy to pay for the original because the hardworking developers who spend day and night on the game do not make it free

Hello! I am here to ask a question. Is there any possible way of fixing scripted moments not loading in and there not being so many errors in the episodes? I know, i know i need to have both episodes for that but i do, actually. I have both installed on the same disk as the mod and Half-Life 2. I really want to play this mod as i always felt like this would be a perfect mod for the game. It keeps gunfight perfect as you can shoot while doing some pretty awesome movement and it is just straight up amazing. I can do the first few tutorial levels but not any official levels without errors for the episodes and scripted moments not happening. This is for both Half-Life 2 and the episodes but i do not get errors in the original game. I have tried everything and it just does not work. Please reply

I have no problem with manually having to remove and add the file to the "Custom" folder but the thing is that this mod just does not work in the custom folder for me. So, please make a version that is shown in the library and hopefully works for me.

Well it IS possible considering the main mod also did so. I thought about maybe making the give weapon_ItemName command run as soon as you input Impulse 101 as the player. Or maybe find out here the weapon files are stored and modifying the non-secret (unobtainable) items to show up. I would like to help all i can. The hardest part for me is that i do not have ANY experience modding Half-Life 2. But i am raelly good at the coding part once i have what i need.

Can you please make a version with the normal game files (one that has the files HL2_PROJECT_MMOD HL2_PROJECT_MMOD_HL2 etc.)? That makes it so that you can just have MMOD and Project HL2 installed seperately. Like it being itself and going into the sourcemods folder instead of the MMOD folder. I do like the skins of MMOD and i do not want to keep switching from MMOD to Project HL2. Basically, just something standalone. I know i can make a copy of the HL2 MMOD folders i want and import the files into that custom folder but that would one take up more space and two it would not have the chapter names but just the locations (and weapon names). I hope you can make a standalone version (which is still something that needs to go into the sourcemods folder).

Development is NOT stopped. It will release whenever it releases. I have made a few more levels compatible. For me, the first few chapters worked. If i have time, i will make a chapter 1 playthrough and a trailer for the mod.
