Well, you are definately right, it is very irritating that there are a few mods left that actually have original content and new mods which have skilled developers rarely pop up, it somehow keeps the years-old BF2 game's modding alive. And it is good that we at least have a mod like Global Warfront, that puts ALL the free content together, because some people like me dont hVe the knowledge, time, or energy to put that all together.

But do not worry, quality people who can create original content are worth a lot more than the "developers" of those newly coming out mods, and will always be appreciated with your great work and effort. :)

PS: I almost had a heart attack when you said "Im done." Because I thought for a second thst you were quitting modding 0_o

well, people can chose mods. Nowadays they care about fun, enjoyable gameplay- and only very few cares about mod developers and stuff originality. That's all.

I'm the few. Somehow too much ported weapons doesnt fit with BF2, and I prefer either edited vanilla weapons or weapons that made from scratch.

When I started modding BF2 I didnt care about those things, but now after I putted my time into it, I dont like so called mods made only from BFP4F weapons and other games/mods ripps. While those mods do pop up almost every day and keep BF2 alive I still believe they represent "black sheeps" of modding communty. It's sad that new fish likes more those mod craps then PR, FH2, POE2, OPK2 and other original mods.

Good to hear 7 that you're back.

And that's why you risk starting a comment war? This is one way to start one actually. Weird isn't it?

I'm not trying to start anything here. I'm saying what I think that is true is all.
