this is a command line tool, so you will have to execute it from the console (cmd). Sorry for the terse response, but I have very limited time right now and I think that you should find a helpful resource on how to use command line tools somewhere online by searching for these terms :)

That is weird. You should ensure that your .NET framework version is indeed 4.6.

I don't have plans for a full modding suite, no. This is mostly due to a lack of time on my end and the fact that I am not sure what Relic's stance on modding is. With CoH2 for example, modding is tightly locked down by Relic (which means: They support it, but you can only modify certain elements).

this is a command line tool. You have to either execute it from the console or (in this case) simply drag-and-drop an archive on to it.

You might not be used to command line programs. In this case, you can simply drag-and-drop the ScenariosMP.sga file onto the executable file. It will show up for a second, after that you should find a folder called 'ScenariosMP' in the directory where the ScenariosMP.sga file lives.

The ScenariosMP.sga file extracts fine for, and so does that one random map's SGA that I downloaded from the workshop. What is the specific error that you are getting?

What file specifically are you having problems with? It works with all DoW3 SGA files I have tried.

Have you tried Corsix' tools for DoW1? You could in theory set up a DoW1 mod, import the DoW3 RGTs and then try to edit them there. Alternatively, you could take a look at the tools shipping with CoH2, but I am not too familiar with them.

I won't make 2 versions -- but I don't see why I there should be any need to create 2 version ;). The version will be compatible with DoW2 and CR.

Well, I'm waiting for Chaos Rising and then I'll see if I find some time to implement some ideas I've been having for months now :).

I've heard of some persons having trouble with extracting it, next time I'll just use standard settings for packing the mod. To solve your problem try 7-ZIP 7-zip.org for extracting the files. It's completely free and this is the tool that works for me. Ensure to have the latest version of 7-ZIP installed.

I'm currently quite busy but I try to get it the way I want it asap and release it in the -hopefully- near future. There's just so much to do these days - especially because of the coming elections here in Germany.
